Can you give us some more information on the issue? Post the server.properties file, list the OS, mono version (if linux), tdsm build, and any plugins you have installed.
You might also troubleshoot on your own by making a new folder and putting tdsm in there by it's self. This will allow you to make a clean fresh server to test world saving.
