Custom Map Size
(1/1)
Coldfist:
I was wondering how to do a custom map size because I don't want a large world I want to basically have a humongous world that is like 33600x9600 I know that there is an optional max tile size x and y in the props file but when I make it any bigger it still does a large world. Here is the props file.

Although it may work, don't expect it to work flawlessly. The client has trouble with worlds larger than large. This topic has been discussed before, you may want to use the search function of the forum to find them. They may answer more questions you may have.
This topic may be of more help http://tdsm.org/index.php/topic,400.0.html
Basically, without a client modification, this may not ever work right. Maybe it will work ok if you keep the same number of tiles as a large world and just change the width and height. This way you could make a very wide world but not very high, at least you would have more land area.
