my friend cant join my server- non hamachi

Test if your port was forwarded correctly. Use GRC Shields UP! tool to probe that port and tell you if it's open or not.

Just type the port number and click User Specified Custom Port Probe.

If port 7777 specifically, is stealth, that means it's not open. It just means that your firewall is not sending packets back to the server who sent them. It's ignoring any communication on that port. It should say OPEN if it's open.

In that case, you need to work on your firewall/router. It could also be a software firewall. Windows for example has a firewall built into every installation, and some Linux distros come with iptables firewall.
