Understandable command-list

Err... It would be handy if you'd make a list of all console and in-game/op commands.
If there is already: Sorry, me bad... I just couldnt find it anywhere.

I know the server will "echo" the commands when u type help in console, and just a few ingame. But a formal list / wiki page would be nice :).

Also, great job on the server :)

So far help only prints both player & console commands, It's possible to print console commands only (And/Or player), but so far it's just showing what's available, I may have a look into it later,
