Description:
This error occurs seemingly at random while the server is running normally. No-one can connect to the server after this error occurs and all connected users are disconnected. This also happens without any plugins running, but nothing has changed in the time from before this happened until now.

This looks good.  ;) I'm not sure it will be easy to get people to actually fill this out correctly. Lets hope I'm wrong.  :P Too bad there is no way to make a custom form on the forum for people to fill in and just hit the submit button.

You could use the nobbc tag to print the code tag without the space.

IMO the TDSM build should be in the title.
