TDSM #36 PreRelease, TDCM, WebKit & Permissions.

I think it's about time we give you a update on the upcoming updates & releases.

First off, as most of you know the team has been working on a new API (Mainly undead) and we urge all developers to download the PreReleases and update to the new API for minimal update time (There will be links below). A lot of code has been changed due to this although the hardest thing about this API is figuring out the changes and applying it. We will populate the Wiki (hopefully within the week) with information on this. To see how to use it; I would suggest you check out the plugins on the main Git head for the time being.

Also in build 36 there have been a few modifications to command input; Mainly when typing in a player name, You no longer need to enter a full name in unless there is another matching player online. You will also see a configurable option for allowing the TDCM client to connect with RPG mode. This is for allowing or disabling RPG mode on your server. If you leave it enabled people can connect using TDCM and switch to RPG mode to continue their quests.

I have setup a sub forum for the TDCM/tRPG client in the forums; This is for when TDCM will be released which is expected to be within the next few weeks. To see the progress and more info about it check out the "TDCM" link below.

Another thing to mention is the upcoming plugins, Not only are all the plugins on our Git up to date, We have more about to be released. We know we said Permissions was expected to be released before the last few builds, we are sorry but we delayed it for the new API. We also are releasing a Web Administration Panel for TDSM Servers. This panel consists of a HTML front end with jQuery interactions to the back end. You can do such things as stop or restart the server, Chat with players, send commands or even track what a player has, their damage and other miscellaneous variables. In the future it will allow you to fully customize your server, it's properties and even perform some of it's methods.

Really looking forward to permission part, cause at the moment you are either a normal player or a person will powers to do all good and bad  . Need to mention TRPG too! Do you guys still need a quest list? I have over 1000 unique players on my server and i can ask them to help out.

Sorry to bother you but, what others are available too? I read the wiki and it doesn't list them there, i think its because its still a pre-release. but if you do have time, please tell me the others, thanks!
