No, those inactive members are nothing to a MySQL database. I know forums with tens of thousands of members and they don't have the trouble we do >.>
Considering that half the posts are about people that have a technical issue with TDSM on some level, I'd say that at least half that list not posting is a good sign.

13 pages, 390+ members that haven't posted anything at all and have likely been inactive for quite some time... Is there any benefit to registering for an account on the forum if you aren't going to post? Ok, I don't really care, but the forum has seen a lot of slowdowns lately for me. Are these inactive members bogging the server down somehow?Not really a rant. Just trying to help figure out some way to help the server stay healthy. heh.
