a -config launch option
« on: September 07, 2011, 05:02:23 AM »
Hey peeps. Kinda new here so this is also my hello and I have had nothing but success using your plugin.

I didn't know where to post this so I thought I'd put it here. My question is as follows:

Is there anyway a -config command can be added to TDSM's launch options so that I can choose which server.properties file I want to use. This would help because it will allow people who run multiple servers (like myself on a linux box) to agregate all plugins and OP info into one folder instead of having a different folder fo each world.

For me it would be somthing like:
mono Terraria_Server.exe -config world1.properties
or
mono Terraria_Server.exe -config world2.properties

Etc.

If this is already implemented, then sorry. But I think it would be a great addition to TDSM and users with multiple worlds.

This would be kind of redundant, as we have this command line argument system that you can use instead.  You just have to use start scripts instead of separate configs.
