{OLD}[Announcement][b11] OP Prefixer

Announcement!!!
I will not be developing any plugins, as I have lost my main dev pc, and all I have to develop on is a plugin, I apologize for any inconvenience, as I wished to keep developing. How this plugin works, is whenever a chat event is called, it saves the players name, and the message into a variable, and then sends the message, adding the prefix and changing the color of the text, then cancelling the event. Thankyou.

What is it?
Well, what OP Prefixer does is add a prefix before the names of OP's , like this "[OP]Huey: Test Message" (With [OP] being the prefix). It now supports custom colours, all of this can be edited in settings.xml

We don't have this on our server yet, but as soon as Hidendra's on I'll ask him to add it - I can't wait to try it out!
