How do i get my server online using tdsm?

Im trying to get my server back on so my community can start playing again, and i installed this so i could better controll it. please tell me what to add and where so i can get this started. Thankyou.

Do you need installation and configuration instructions?

Click Forum at the top of this website, click Wiki. It has installation instructions. There is also help in other sections of this form for other operating systems and configurations. Click How-To. Also the home page of this website has a video tutorial, you have to scroll down
